We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or refuse any order you place with us, including multiple orders under the same account or shipping address.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days and shipped shortly thereafter. Shipping times may vary based on your location and external carrier conditions.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed, but we’ll do our best to ensure prompt delivery.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something’s not right, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Returns must be pre-approved by contacting mndmartph@gmail.com.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, we’re here to make it right. Reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and order details so we can resolve it quickly.

6. Payment & Billing

We accept secure payments via PayPal. By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraud or misuse is suspected.

7. User Accounts

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for safeguarding your login details. We are not liable for any activity resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
