✅ 30-Day Return Policy

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Must include all original tags and packaging

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

🚚 Return Shipping & Processing

Once your return is approved, we will send you the return address and instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect

Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Sale or final clearance items

Personal use products (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments)

Custom or personalized items

Digital goods or gift cards

🛠 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days with clear photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like another item, please:

1. Request a return for the original

2. Place a new order after your refund is confirmed

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5–10 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable
